The product

CareStation replaces the ledger, the appointment diary and the WhatsApp thread with one system. Patients get a portal in English or Urdu where they book, see their consultations and prescriptions, upload lab reports and message the clinic. Clinic staff get a workspace with a live queue, calendar, patient records, availability rules and a payment reconciliation inbox for bank-transfer claims.
