Nadantech is a founder-led software studio backed by a distributed network of product, design, engineering, cloud and QA specialists.

Where we came from

Nadantech is new as a company. The experience behind it is not. Specialists in our delivery network bring more than a decade of work across US healthcare, fintech, AI integrations, ecommerce, Shopify, wellness, marketplaces and internal operations. You can see selected examples on the work page, labelled honestly with who built what and when.

The studio model is deliberate: Nadantech leads the engagement and assembles the right senior specialists around the product. Clients get broad capability without a maze of account layers or a generic team assigned because it happens to be available.

CareStation is the proof of that model. Nadantech designed, built and operates the product for a private clinic. The decisions it demands—clinical workflows, bilingual UX, permissions, payments and production reliability—inform the way we approach client work.

How we engage

Discovery
One to two weeks. We sit with the people who will use it and come back with a scope, a build plan and a number. Paid, and deductible against the build.
Build
A cross-functional team sized around the product, shipping working increments with design and engineering in the same loop.
Extend
Bring specialist product, AI, cloud or engineering capability into an existing team or inherited codebase.
After launch
Ongoing product support, operational improvement and roadmap delivery once real usage begins.
